Her book, "Unlocking the Doors to Destiny," has received critical acclaim for its inspirational content. In this book, Anesha shares her personal triumphs over hardships and offers insights into the courage and strength required to reclaim one's life and live with purpose.

     In 2017, Anesha founded RIP The Runway's Women's Conference, an annual event aimed at empowering women and encouraging them to embrace their true identity. The conference serves as a platform for women to overcome personal traumas and become their best selves. She is hosting her first ever 2 day women's prayer retreat scheduled for Fall of 2023.

 

     In addition to her other endeavors, Anesha A. Sharp also curates conversations and interviews focused on the understanding healthy love. Through her platform, she engages in discussions that explore the dynamics of healthy relationships, navigating the challenges of dating, fostering emotional well-being, and promoting authentic connections.      During the pandemic in 2020, Anesha further pursued her passion for serving women by creating The Esther Effect Academy. The Esther Effect Academy functioned as a private online community where Anesha led weekly lessons, guiding women in various areas of personal growth and development.

     Recognizing the importance of storytelling, Anesha created the Writer's Boot Camp, a workshop series in 2016. This program helps aspiring authors find their voice and share their authentic stories. As a writing and publishing coach, Anesha guides participants in producing best-selling books and developing successful marketing plans within a six-month timeframe. She's also published hundreds of book in her company A Sharp Author Publishing.

     Anesha's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, she is a certified life and relationship coach, further demonstrating her commitment to empowering and assisting individuals in various aspects of their lives. She is currently in a Master's Program for Leadership and Ministry.
